Known as hemorrhoids; piles may be referred to as the veins that get enlarged. Piles usually occur near the anus at the lower end of the rectum. People in their middle or older ages are exposed more to this problem. Few persons suffer from internal hemorrhoids that exist in the inner lining of the rectum while external hemorrhoids may create swelling and pain. These exist around the anus. Improve digestive system – It is recommended that probiotic-rich foods should be taken by the people as they improve the digestive system to great extent. Probiotic supplements should be added in the daily diets that are much useful to prevent piles.
