Gall Bladder stone
Gall bladders tones are small crystalline bodies which are found in the small pear shaped organ named Gall bladder in the body. It is located in the right abdomen below liver. Gall bladder stones are formed as a result of the hardening of the liquid known as bile present in the gall bladder. Gall stones are commonly found in people who suffer from the problem of blood related disorders, liver cirrhosis, hereditary disorders and the biliary infections. Due to presence of gall stones, the normal working of digestive system is affected negatively.
Causes which lead to formation of gall bladder stones

The presence of stones in gall bladder is mostly confirmed by the presence of gastric and digestion related problems, attacks of vomiting and nausea, change in the color of the skin as well as in the whites of eyes to the yellow, pain in abdomen and passing of dark urine and clay colored stools. Apart from this, the back region and the shoulder blades undergo continuous pain.

Due to imbalance of various hormones and energies in the body, production as well as concentration of bile is affected. This in turn leads to formation of stones in the gall bladder.
Dietary and lifestyle changes
A diet which is low in saturated fats, high in polyunsaturated fats and low in refined sugars is recommended for gall stones. There must be adequate amount of fiber in the diet to get rid of digestive problems and hence gall stones. Always prefer a vegetarian diet as it helps in reducing the risk of formation of gall stones. Have frequent small meals instead of large meals. Carry out exercises regularly to normalize bowel movements.

To remove gall stones naturally, drink lots of water as well as other liquids. However, intake of citrus fruits, vegetables, tea and coffee is not recommended. Have plain yogurt, olive oil and cottage cheese in your diet regularly. Drink juice prepared by mixing grapes, beet, cucumber and carrot regularly to keep gall bladder in proper working condition. Alfalfa, barberry, rosemary and wild yam are also effective home remedies for gall stones. Have pear or drink its juice twice a day to keep gall bladder free of waste materials.
