Fibromyalgia is a condition of body under which a person suffers from severe pain in muscles. The patient experiences stiffness in muscles accompanied by tenderness and pain. The condition is so severe that the patient is not able to even carry out physical movements comfortably. Fibromyalgia is caused due to cold and rainy weather, improper sleep and severe diseases related to muscles.

Fibromyalgia patients must stick to a balanced and healthy diet. They must include lots of liquids such as water, juices, coconut milk and coconut water in their diet. In addition to this, they must also enhance intake of salads, carrot, roughage, reddish, cabbage etc. in their diet.
The patients suffering from fibromyalgia should avoid consumption of oily or junk foods, sugar-containing foods and sweets also. Such patients should carry out exercises regularly. Meditation also helps in this regard to a great deal. Have proper rest and sleep.
Home remedies suggestible for Fibromyalgia
To get relief from pain in muscles due to Fibromyalgia condition, massaging with a mixture of kerosene and olive oil must be applied over the affected parts. Warm vinegar is equally effective in this regard. Similarly, Spiegel seeds may also be used to massage over the affected body parts. You may consume turmeric by mixing in a glass of water 2-3 times a day to get relief from muscular pain.
Ginger is also equally effective in the treatment of muscular pain. Include small pieces of raw ginger in your diet or have ginger juice regularly. Have lemon juice mixed with honey in a glass of lukewarm water to get rid of muscular pain. Cherries, oatmeal, and green leafy vegetables also help in dealing with this condition.
Baba ramdev has worked in fibromyalgia and has been able to create a wonderful formulation that may prove effective in treating fibromyalgia problem. This herbal formulation has been based on ayurvedic concepts and has been effective in clinical trials.
